well I don't have time to watch that, but I have listened to several of your casts in AD2L live.
Feedback would be you curse to much for no reason, and you ramble/struggle to know what to say sometimes. For example you sometime spend up to 15 seconds trying to remember an item or name you are trying to say, and just sorta ramble and curse. I would assume some of it is because English is a second language.
That said you fill the time pretty well and are likable when casting. You have a sense of humor which is good and can help fill dead time.
I would suggest practicing your team fight speed commentating, and when there is downtime, try to focus on the merits of item choices, rotations, the execution of a teams plan etc. Also, check the xp and gold more often.
I enjoy your casting, but i'm trying to focus on constructive criticism rather than stuff you are doing well.
