you can climb by playing strong snowballing heroes (storm spirit, ember spirit)

or instalocking lycan/terrorblade

How does a player with 52% win rate go down below 2k. I know win rate is not connect to mmr, but that just seems wrong.....

Regardless, most of the people on this forum could get out of 1.8k playing with one hand. Which hero you pick doesn't matter. That said, avoid hard carries and avoid supports.

It's because i hardly play any ranked matchmaking that my rating is so low. It's practically fresh from calibration XD

yes you can climb MMR with tusk

that is not why. You start off from where you were in unranked normal match making, or from 3k if you are a "fresh" account.

u can climb mmr by playing dota

Lies, I have been playing dota and I am down 400 MMR over last week. If you truly want high mmr, buy one of those accounts at 5k and play unranked.

if u want to climb the "ladder" : pick heroes that crush nubs LIKE EMBER SPIRIT ( ALL SPIRITS REALLY ), ´PUSHERS LIKE LYCAN, FURION, LONE DRUID, TRASH HEROES TAHT ARE GOOD VS MONKEYS LIKE HUSKAR, DROW, RIKI ETC ETC

It hurts me to say it but just pick Riki and/or Lycan every game. Riki stomps every game until 3k MMR and Lycan can just ratdota in every MMR range.

Ursa is great, however it gets harder as you climb.
