well the patch notes for the bastion update had a line added for pitlord i believe but i might be wrong
Icons are also already done on pitlord not to mention he already has a place in captainsmode (black box)
There was also a line added for Oracle though, and Elder Titan's Bastion lines were added after he was added to the game, so I wouldn't say it's an indication that Pit Lord is going to be the next just because of an announcer line, although it's probably likely because he seems to be the closest to completion according to the dota 2 wiki.
I wouldn't doubt it either though. Cause there is no information on arc warden and winter wyvern. Oracle and pitlord would be something they release together. Its usually the least expected heroes to come out. Im more exited for oracle though, cause he as alot of enemy/ally targeted abilities that could work for or against.

I used to play Pit lord and not "Rat Lord" like a pusher/Initiator and disabler. Hope my old necro/mekans/blademail build still working
