Why not? Even with a horde of illusions, PL is an agility melee carry with insane agi per lvl. He will have enough of attack speed to make Basher scary.
its a situaltional item, dont get it as a core, but if youre up agains something like a gyro which can kill you and all your illusions with ease, then get it to shut him down.
the upsides such as damage and bashes dont apply to illusions unfortunately so not really worth it most the time

before abyssal. he already has 5 big items.
he plays pl quite standard. nothing novel. boring as hell.
No, damage and bash dont benefit illusions, which are his main source of damage and scariness. heart, bfly, bot, manta, diffusal. Your last item is one of the following: aegis, gem, second heart, second bfly, s&y, or radiance.
Abyssal is the most expensive item you can buy. because of this, even if it is not the "most efficient" item for this hero, Abyssal always gives you the best (Item Price/Item Slot) ratio when you are trying to max out your slots
abyssal is the ultimate item for any meele carry, i think it's pretty normal building it on PL
it's like building schyte of vyse to disable on a carry like ursa, but this one goes through magic immunity and has less duration
The other option is MKB because illusion benefit to this,
but in this condition do you think it's logical to build MKB instead of abyssal blade?

i made a bad move here by choosing butterfly instead of BKB and abyssal earlier
this delay the game for over 20 minutes and many lifes of my teammate
even in this game, building 2nd heart is bad idea
He didn't win because of basher, the reason he won is that he gets 5-slotted with the 5 core PL items (heart, bf, boT, diff, manta) by 30 minutes.
He could pick Shivas guard or Rod of Atos as 6th item and still win easily.

What I cant understand is why he uses basher and abyssal in almost all games, can some one explain this? He has Almost 70% wr with pl so am I missing something, wasn´t this item deemed worthless in pl or something.
