Ring of health is a trash item and i know you said it for trolling because you believe my idea is bad but... With the same money you get a tranquil or urn on Pudge.

Anyone claiming the "jungling pudge for Radiant can be done" disregard a lot of other information, including, but not limited to how will their teammates appreciate the lack of creeps on their lane (an especially "brilliant" idea against push line-ups), the fact that the whole thing can be easily countered with 1 ward and some brain (Hmmm... creeps are missing and Pudge is nowhere to be seen, while gaining levels. Something must be going on), how long it will take Pudge to get to level 7 (he does clear the camps somewhat fast) etc. etc. etc.
That is the general "f*ck team - I want to have some hooks and feel awesome" attitude that a lot of Pudge players have. And if anything goes wrong (someone warded the big camp or just pulled the neutral creep himself) - they will be left with nothing to do for another 30 seconds. Is it really worth it? No.
Pudge is not a winning hero. And it is not the case that people can't properly use him - he is very popular and been in-game for a while. He is just "bad". Hook is the only skill worth mentioning, since it has very little counterparts in terms of getting enemy out of position (we have Venge ulti and Batrider's Lasso).
His ultimate is very sub-par dealing minor damage at a melee range to a single target channeling... Bane/Beastmaster are better heroes for the job of BkB-penetrating, solo-target disables.
Rot is Ion Shell for poor. And magic resistance + hp doesn't sound as promising, considering Pudge only has 9 armour at level 25 (without items ofc).
If you want to win - train on heroes that are actually worth something. If you want to win and look awesome at the same time - do it on good heroes with high skill cap and low winrate (Visage/Chen/Wisp are extremely powerful).
Just rush vanguard or rush midas. I'd rather not pull creeps it will eff up bot lane. If you don't like ROH go tranquil boots. As much as I love jungle pudge. You will have like tranquil boots, bottle and urn at 15-20 minutes. Whereas if you laned you woulda gotten 2-3 kills and also a level advantage already. I mean enjoy ganking heroes in lane that are 3-4 levels higher than you, lol.
Pretty sure this strat works good in 2k ratings. Like that jungle juggernaut build, with boots and bottle & iron shield.
Unless u can jungle so that your hero can get 500+ gpm later, forget it. From 10-15 minutes in Doom, engima, Bloodseeker can get 500+ GPM. They can opt to gank or get a 20-30 mintue radiance to carry game. Pudge & jug aren't heroes who will benefit as much as these heroes jungling. My support doom averages 500+ GPM why on earth would you pick a gank hero to jungle is beyond me.

Look up rubick jungle radiant, apply same with pudge hook. The strat involved lifting the middle lane hard camp up cliff and aggroing bot lane allied creeps so they walked back to hard camp. Timing was very crucial.
^you have to save skill points, if you level hook too early you cant continue, but it works (against bots, ofc xD), i tried it some weeks ago. But its harder with pudge (he's slower, so you NEED the cliff ward, with rubick, you dont really), and agroing the creeps from other camps will get you hurt, while with rubick you can do it without taking any damage usually. I think its funny if you pick a pudge and someone else goes mid, you can just troll-farm jungle :D

So there are 2 things spinning around in my head right now:
1)I am from the few people who still have the attitude to pick Pudge in a ranked match and want to win. But i never go mid, only easy lane or...
How could i make a jungling Pudge work? Has anyone actually won with this style of play (link the match or it didn't happen)? :)
