silencer is for enigma and necro
gyrocopter - carry.
storm spirit - mid.
earth shaker-support.
natures prophet - jungle.
Timbersaw - offlane.
Silencer + some good initiation and burst would easily beat that team. They will completely fall apart if you can just jump in and kill Dazzle + 1 other hero quickly during global silence. Plenty of strong split push lineups could also beat it.
You had the silencer... but no way to kill them during the opening he creates. Also it looks like you guys just got outplayed in the laneing phase. Teamfights against this team you have to kill dazzle or you are not killing anyone, but your teams can't get into the fight fast enough to do it because of lack of items.

why i picked mine
silencer -> enigma + necro those 2 are really heavy spell caster, who need to keep alive by casting many spell at once especially necro
dark seer -> destroy tree and vacuum treant, rape juggernaut while he's ulti-ing + ion shell enigma minion
ursa -> burst physical damage
medusa -> not necessary but w/e her ulti rapes group of people
warlock -> rape all initiation + ggwp golem
instead of medusa
pick death prophet because if her ulti is casted, blackhole pretty much kill enigma while he's chanelling or will be forced to cancel
and can clear those minion more effectively than gyro + ES with 1st skill

Not as bad as it sounds at first. The aura doesn't stack, but you can heal almost twice as often, as well as having a mek on two different parts of the map.
AA is the obvious counterpick here.
Heroes with mana attacking abilities could be useful as well, such as Nyx Assassin, Pugna.
Sniper can cancel Enigma black hole with an autoattack, and also pick off healing ward from a safe distance.
Axe can chop people who get graved, but its hard to chop when the opponents have so much burst heal, so use discretion.
Earthshaker/Tidehunter can literally just walk into this team and ulti, or force a black hole/necrolyte ulti to stop that. There's no great disable on that team. Take advantage of that, carry TPs, stop pushes when they start, don't let towers go early.
How about some good ol' KotL to fend off those early deathballs? + the recall allows you to splitpush. KotL makes early five manning difficult and gives you rat doto powers.

against massheal pick aa the perfect counter like some other have said before.
Well yes we sucked laning, our draft sucked. We basically could've ended up with necro and gryo on our team instead of PA and lina but people were bitching about what they wanted to play. There wasn't any good burst team dmg like sand king or tide outside of gryo. Lina was a desparation last pick for a stun and support. I think it might have been possible to win if nightstalker had crushed mid and ganked a lot, that silence is deadly vs a team like that in lane but he didn't do very good.

Dazzle, treant, juggernaut, necro, enigma. I've been seeing it picked by stacks quite frequently. Sometimes a little variation but mainly 4 heroes with heals. Once they 5 man push it's impossible to beat. Late game carrys could burst them down but it never gets to late game.
