nvm, lagging too much will try again later tonight!

Some advice, if u are gonna go facecam how about speaking?
also the ingame sound was so friggn quiet i was unsure if ur stream was muted or not, until i just set my speakers to the loudest setting and heard faint sounds coming out from ur stream oO

Yup, standard to blame the lag but, I had terrible packet loss :P Should probably test these kind of things before announcing streaming, sorry about that!

you should make sure that you don't use to much of your bandwitdh, what connection do you have?

Running around 20 mb/s down, 10mb/s up. I'm having fairly bad ping (150 ms 10-20% packet loss) without even running xsplit/stream, so not sure what's going on tonight, usually under 50ms 0 packet loss.

Was the stream lagging for you?

no the stream was fluid, this is acually an indencation that the issue is not your connection but more your Rig. What specs do you have?

i7 processor, 8 gb ram, 2 gb graphcs card. I have streamed a few times in the past on the same machine and didn't have any issues.

I will keep you up to date with how its going, probably won't stream till tomorrow/the weekend tho so I can optimise settings.

No bullshit, blunt is the worst caster I've ever heard. Hopefully his tech advice is better.

Able to stream now with no lag, but the sound isn't coming through. Xsplit is showing sound through the mic and speaker, but no sound can be heard through the twitch stream. Any advice?

im not familiar with xsplit, usually you would want to set the sound capture to stereomix (ingame sound) and mic as ur microcard.

Yeah i've set it to stereomix, and it is registering on Xsplit, (the orange sound bar is moving up and down below the mic and sound bars) But no sound being played through Twitch.

Will play around with it a little more, hopefully get it working for the weekend.

Just keep ignoring plebs blunt, your casting is fine.

Blunt was better than the previous caster in AD2L in my opinion.

Just checked his youtube, kinda odd guy, can't really imagine him casting a game. I think AD2L does have like 3 casters or so, at least a game wont miss a caster =D
