Dont get me wrong, even if you play for fun, experience is a big factor, even if you are brain dead you will learn some things, even if you play one dota game every 2 week you will learn shit.

Well, not everyone improves at certain things. Some people lack behavior and some people lack skill in dota. It's like playing any kind of game or doing anything in your life. If you dont have ambitions to improve, you probably never will and thats it. But maybe he just likes it there, cause high level games can be really tryhard so he intentionally losses here and there and stays around that area ;)

it just happends, some people just wont learn as fast as others, there many people who simply refuse to learn and keep staying in their trashbracket. Its that simple.

How do u know he has a 3,5k rating btw? I got 3,2k trash in my games sometimes where the range was from 5,2k to 3,2k (yes 2k fucking range difference) this usually happends when i queue for 10min+ (its still rare though).

If after 1k games with drow and 1.2k games with lanaya he is at 3.4k, most likely he is a 2k player with the other heroes.

If the game force 50% wr and he has so much game how can he improve mmr anyway as he will gain +25 lose -25....

Game doesn't force 50% win rate. I've won well over 50% of my ranked matches. Feel free to go count 'em if you like, but something like 75% at the moment.

@atum Actually weedman barely hit 3k today.

Actualy only 1% of the ppl have higher MMR than 4k and those guys tend to be the ones who played dota 1 aswell. So it really takes time to actualy be good at the game. And some ppl learn slower than others. Its just the way it is.
