Will be nice if you write your mmr so ppl know what skill of team they can expect if they want to join your team.
Also I think first you need at least 50% win rate to create some amateur team,cos with your 2000-3000 mmr you wont really do much at any tournament you ll just be dissapointed.
Well buddy its not about the mmr rating , its about playing with good friends and not having to play with noobs in your team , witch mainly will lead to the loss of the game , the main aim of the team is to be on touch with each other , understanding what the match needs and wining it , simply said , to have fun playing :)
it kinda is about MM if you are advertising about a competitive team the people applying should know what level they are getting into.
