Bloodstone Blink BoTs are core.
Other items are purely situational..I'd recommend Hex Shivas Bkb but thats just my opinion.
Core items: Bloodstone, Blink, BoT, Shivas
Then I go for situationals, my preferences are Scythe and Heart.
Bloodstone for fast respawn definetely.
Enemy team has a thin carry with a 4-sec bkb? Blademail. Hex.
Annoying stuff like LC duel that doesn't let you cast shit? Linkens.
Shiva is good generally. You are ahead? Enemy team ratdoto? Blink.
Too much magical damage early on? Bkb.
ETC. Its quite situational.

So I have been 6 slotted on timbersaw a bit and I don't know what to spend my gold on. What do you guys suggest?
