Ah yes, if you get d/c the match will always count as a loss, even if you returned and made your team win. I also have some games where that happened. Unfortunately, I think there's no real way to fix it. It doesn't matter too much though, because Dotabuff also counts some victories that your Dota2 statistics aren't counting.

A game for me (match 465260547) shows up as "Lost Match" in my overview, but when clicked on it says Dire victory (I was dire- we won)
