just lost a ranked game where a PERUVIAN (NAME: I LOVE PERÚ) left game without picking a hero, then he reconnects, disconnects 2 sec later (in the meantime our cm got fbded) and then doesnt come back WITHOUT PICKING A FUCKING HERO. BAM. starts will be recorded. wtf. is valve retarded?

I thought stats aren't recorded if he doesn't connect in 5 minutes. It must been more than 2 seconds? Anybody back me up on this? Cuz I've been in 2 games now either he never picks or dc at fountain. And games says "no stats recorded, mmr won't change".
