What is the difference between levels 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 of Wisp's Theter?

Like inside Dota 2 Game, dotabuff shows this:

It seems it has no difference on putting 1 or 4 skills over there after the 6.79C NERF, it probly could be the slow, but it doesnt seem so.

Anyone can help? :)

It increases the slow duration. Dotabuff just doesn't show that.

slow duration increases per level
0.75 -> 1.25 -> 1.75 -> 2.25

Io was OP.
Now he is a fine hero, just like Magnus, he is gd but not always, so situational.

Dotabuff just shows exactly what the game shows
Yeah first I did not know what is the difference
But if you are in-game, move your mouse over that skill and hold "Alt". More informations will show. It is useful for other skills/items
