Big camp always.
As chen/Ench, take control of the big creep, farm with them, repeat.
As for enigma, u need micro skeelz, and u can easily farm big camp first, if u happen to meet the smasher, try to pull them away as much as possible, convert the smaller bear while they returning back to their camp, although it doesn't always work, u can just convert the red one for simplicity, give them time to reproduce asexually, and move on to the next camp. Just try not to let ANY of the eidolons die, or ur jungling efficiency will drop heavily.

I really like playing heroes like Chen, Enchantress, and Enigma but the one thing I'm never completely sure of is what the right camp rotation is on different heroes. If someone could help me out by giving some advice on what the right rotation is for Radiant and Dire on different Jungleing heroes that would be great.
