Basically close Dota and Steam, right click your steam shortcut, go to Properties, under Target add -tcp after the "C:\....steamexe".

I have quite a few friends in game, I can access my profile and check past games and such so it's working. Just that not enough people queuing so taking quite awhile to find match....

Doesn't work for me without TCP. That website has shown SEA as up and running for the whole damn day.

I don't know, it waa shown offline for me in past few hours, so does china too.
I can find match, but after pressing accept, it said cant find host, lol.(Instant dc, and can't rc)
