kda does not effect the list BUT the list is dead because it uses a ancient method of MM (DBR)
I have a few hundred DP games with a good kda and win 70% of them and aren't on the top 50. Their top 50 A: Doesn't work, because the DBR doesn't work, and B: has a pretty fucked methodology anyway.

its because you play in us east, the skill level there is so low, you're basically excluded from the rankings
