it actually is public unless you turn on account privacy
the api probably doesnt give you the data but you could use bots to request the data in game

FuckTheZero are you sure? I thought Valve disabled that in a very recent patch. I can only see my friends' MMR atm.
They just ninja patched it out. MMR is only visible to friends now. Looks like they're opposed to any sort of ladder.

I nice feature on Dotabuff+ would be that you could see current rating in solo and party queue.
In your new "Trends" session it would be nice aswell to have the rating shown in the trendgraphs.
You should have a tab aswell called "Daily tournaments" where you can see what teams are gonna play against eachother.
Last but least it would be nice to have an amateur tournament from you - doesnt have to have any prices.
