Oh I figured this out. That match is counted as abandoned (I went AFK after we got mega creeps). Anyway this is strange to count won match as lost, even if it counted as abandoned :)
No it's wrong. You can carry all game and get a dc at the end while your team finishes victory. Actually I've got my well deserved +rank points for that match, so I think dotabuff should regard such matches as victories too.

I noticed this earlier and now it happened again. For example, this match http://dotabuff.com/matches/437412019 counted in my profile as lost.
