It's not nearly as op now as it was on release. All of his spells (except the ult?) have been nerfed.

he is still incredibly strong hero. expect it a perma ban/pick in cm.

OMG! Just read the skills description and he was nerfed to the ground!!!

1) Dive no longer disarms!
2) Only supernova can interupt your dive, so you can no longer use it to escape (Dive + spirits)
3) Both Spirits and Dive also costs a percentage of your current hp
4) Sun ray last 6 seconds and has cooldown

lmao everyone knows phoenix actually looks like some feline thing that happens to have just a bit of flame on it, not a bird engulfed in flames

yes, he was nerfed ages ago. and it still was fine. actually more than fine. they just reworked the hero (so many times to be precise)
you can tell from miles away when someone theorycrafts about hero without playing it in, well, ever it seems.
