Well i watched a few games last night they werent livr but they were from. Back in november i was watchibg navi vs. liquid (because liquid is my favorite team). Yeah having a coach may be a good idea
For me, I'd play some solo bot game while watching TV show. Then watch some tournament games. I learned a hell lot from watching pro player. For example I learned how to harrass and last hit properly from Dendi and developed my habit of denying everything, even in mid and late game. It really helped in laning phase.
I also learned some aggressive style from Xboct. Did many stupid things from it too but it's worth it. I learned how to stay alive and around enough to help in teamfight.
And I'm still standing here looking up high at the skill ceiling!

There is no advice you shall just keep on playing that stupid game.
Pick a mid hero, gank. That worked for me when I starting winning 3 out of 20 games.
