If you had share match history off for a long time you may not get all your old games back.
Sorry to hijack the thread fly, but this is the same problem I'm having.
I've had privacy on for about 200 matches and just activated sharing again. Is it possible to get these last 200 games into your database? They took place in the course of about 2 months. If you check my profile here you will see what I mean. Games from 2 months ago jumping to games played today, skipping everything in between. I would appreciate it if you could help me out here.
You need to give it a bit of time, especially today since the API was down for a long time yesterday.

Yes, I have my matches back now :) There is another problem now thought. My stats (according to my ingame dota profile) are the following: 410 wins to 406 losses. Dotabuff tells me I'm at 411 wins to 413 losses - it must have counted some matches several times to get to that conclusion. Is there a way to correct this?
Those extra matches (in both wins and losses) are from abandoned matches.
Valve's API doesn't give enough data regarding abandons, if they eventually do we will retroactively fix this issue for all profiles.
2k games but my dotabuff is 313-288. Ive only turned on my dotabuff yesterday updated several times also. why

got like 132 maches on clock alone and it shows that i have 34 and alot of other maches missing ( i have enabled the share amch history and it shows all my last games accuratly just somehow theres like 600 games missing from record
