It was possible, before the shadowblade change. Now when u cast ur ulti you are instantly revеaled, therfore can't have collision to land it directly from the centre, which was not the case with shadowblade before.

you are not instantly revealed when you are casting the ultimate. and it was never possible in dota 2. It was only possible in dota 1.

i think this works,
cast euls on an enemy, do not move ur cursor position, blink to that position, make sure requeim is casted slightly before he lands (of course u need to time it 1 second in advance), if enemy lands first then he has already moved to another position so he wont take full dmg

centaur's ulti gives 0 collision so you can be in exact center of the enemy
