I havent watch the game. But are you talking about spirit breaker ulting furion who is tping and you ulties him at the place he tps? Its been like this for ages if that's what you're talking about. Whether it is a bug or intentional I'm not sure.
It's just how the mechanic works, I think. I once ultied a furion and ended up in the enemies fountain
Phase 1 :Spirit breaker starts casting his ulti. ~ 0.5 secs
Phase 2 : Spirit breaker finishes casting it and his soul is moving towards the target . ~1 sec. after which he is placed in front of his target. no matter where the target will be after phase 2, Bara will go with him.
"If the target moves out of range after the spell has been cast, Spirit Breaker will still reappear there. This includes teleportation by the target." Dota 2 wiki.

If you have some spare time, look at 14:40. Furion TP-s, I ult (with barathrum). Suddenly, range of 400 becomes like 9000... I watched alot games barathrum - furion but I have never seen theri contact like this.
Is this bug and is it really reportable?
