So far the Developers forum is silent on this issue. There are plenty of complaints about it but no statement from Valve about whether it is intentional or not.

We might hope that Valve has merely added this as another anti-smurf feature and you will get stats on after 50 games or something...but it could also be an error. In an effort to stave off cynicism and paranoia...I will assume that this is not Valves underhanded way of killing dotabuff and all stats based fan sites. In other news...I can't play dota 2 since the new patch anyway because I disconnect from the dota 2 network so frequently its not fun to attempt playing.
I have no problem with sharing match history on my main account, but for the alt account i recently created, I have same problem as you do. I think its like Relentless mentioned, you wont be able to share your match information untill you have completed certain amount of games. Otherwise dotabuff will have to record too many useless account and games if pplz abandon their alt accounts.

When i enter the game i check the share match history as ON, if i log off and log on its OFF. -_-
