Juggernaut Builds / Items in General Discussion

You guys had a discussion on Alchemist builds recently, and I was wondering if there were thoughts on the best Jugg build (or different situational builds), I've seen way too many different builds and too many inconsistent opinions on what type of carry he is.

Usually I experiment between Deso/Aghs, Bfury/Aghs/Deso or maybe even taking Aghs out as if you don't get the extra jumps its almost a waste of gold.

I'm watching Loda do Yasha/Drums/Aghs into late manta.

Personally I dislike Jugg as a carry (he's more a semi maybe even ganker) because of his inconsistent ult.

I play him as hardcarry or semi carry, he can do both roles pretty well. Sadly that match was pure hatred towards me :'D. I got doomed and bane ulted the whole god damn game, hell warlock even solo ulted my ass.

Basicly you can play him as a semi carry and hardcarry without any problems, also he is one of those heroes, were you rly can build ALOT of items on.

I personally dont like aghs on jugg, its a waste of space and gold.

        Phase/Drums/Yasha/Aghs/Manta
Gives you the movement speed to actually function outside of your ultimate come mid-game. Gives you beefiness, while drums buffs up your mana pool so that you can actually last a few casts of healing wards. Lets you run wild mid-game even against mass ghost scepters. This build is arguably one of the best early-scaling build for jugg - the manta even ensures that skills like Orchid are dispellable so that you can cast your ultimate.

Early Diffusal after Phase/Drums is situationally good, especially if they have Warlock/Skeleton King.

Luxury: Desolator / MoM + Abyssal / Refresher

Situational. Trade Phase for BoT. Bfury + Shadowblade might even be an option if split pushing is required and your team cannot handle head on fights (rarely the case).

Not a build, but I advice that if you want to play him as a hardcarry instead of a semi-carry, make sure your team has someone who can clear massive creep waves with his initiation/inmeadiately after initiation.

or dont fight next to creepwave

Awesome, good builds, I always have to refresh builds on my carries since I'm an old dota1 player so some of the same builds just don't hold up anymore, I now cry when I think of some of those builds lol
