I didn't even know. I saw in a competitive match that an alchemist sold his 4 second bkb and bought it again just to refresh duration.
u never could sell bkb as far as i remmember same with diffusal that has no charges left

I dont remember exactly where did the old bkb go, maybe he just dropped it, but he bought a new one and had full 10 seconds charge on it. That's not a problem for alchemist I guess.

Since now you can't sell a BKB if you accidentally buy one, you won't be able to sell it and stuck with it. Even though the item can't be sold, they still should add the 10 second gap where you can sell an item for full price.
