I am sorry to disillusion you, but you are not on the list and probably can't get on it. Your DBR is most likely far below what is required.
I say this because your overall winrate is below 50% and Australian servers are the weakest competition in the world, even weaker than Brazil. You must be one of the very best players in Australia to compare to moderately high ranked players on SEA, EU, or NA servers. Its just an unfortunate consequence of there being relatively few people playing dota on the Australian server.
Anyway, because of this even 100% wins on Visage and some insane KDA like 20+ would still not be enough.
If you did not have one 6 months ago when it froze then you can't even get one and have to rely on the DBR of others in your games. Since Australia is so weak relative to other servers the people you play against will have low DBR and your games will be worth almost no points.
Its not possible to retroactively check DBR anymore.
