It looks like they released the game yesterday, and today my friend saw a 'got dota' button.
dunno how could they release this...
the most weird thing is neutrals... they got buffs from track, they see invisible units under your dust, they can attack you from low ground, they even cast their spells over textures when they aren't even attacked lol

fully releasing the game has nothing to do with not fixing mm and creating ladders. volvo is not S2 games
out of beta means they can reduce devs working on dota 2 to 2/3 that will only fix game breaking bugs and bring hats developed by community members

i talk from experience
in games like hon/combat arms/quakelive/bloodline champions/nfs world/warrock/ almost all content was out by the end of beta and from that point onward most patches were minor bug fixes and/or hats and maybe some rebalance in weapons/bloodlines/heroes
if we get lucky maybe one big patch at dota 2 anniversary with free hats and diretide like shit
I will point towards valve's other hat simulator, Team Fortress 2. After release we got new game modes, maps, weapons, hats, ui, and a whole shit load of other things. I think the game's cache is like 4 times the size now than on release.
Valve have a history of post release support. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt for now...we shall see.

My friend asked me to give him an invite, yesterday or on Sunday i checked my inventory - there were a lot of invites.
But today I can't see them lol.... the only option is to buy starter pack for $8. You can't even download a game (or i can't find how to do that).
Does anyone have this issue too?
