depends on personal mmr of players who participate in the team. High mmr players go 5000+ at 3-0.
but just(winner the things is that i play with the same guys but in another team and i am 4-0 and i have a low rank than the team i had before that i am 3-3 srsly this system is so fucked up

Seriously wtf is wrong with this team matchmaking Ranking statistics There are Guys 30-0 At 3000 points and the first ones are 3-0 I have a team which is 3-3 and created another with the same 3 guys and one other and it's 4-0 and my ranking is above the other wtf? seriously
