very few and thats because i hate 90% of hero pool which is broken in one way or another and its very hard for me to focus on game when i talk to myself and think about punching icefrog in the face while playing

i'm curious what's the average number of heroes a player can master.
By master i mean playing that hero with a clearly above average skill and having a greater impact on the game with a given hero than another player would.
for me it would have to be 10 heroes, i know the mechanics and can play some ~25 other heroes comfortably, but my best game comes from playing 10 heroes.
it's not much i think, but i don't think i'm that far, either way, of the average.
so what about you?
