Skill is a relative thing. He has an average team. Compared to the top half of players they are unskilled, but compared to the bottom half they are skilled.
And I have encountered a few players with pro-level talent who have below 50% win rate because they are nubs who don't understand the game yet...really I think there are some people on actual pro teams who don't seem to understand the game sometimes.
Btw Meow do you consider yourself skilled? and does your teams 29% win rate factor into that?

You know you start at a team MMR that is an average of your personal MMRs...you then win games if your starting rating was low...but if you were personally overated...well 29% win is what happens.
