Hey I wouldn't mind joining up with you, however I'm not very experienced at the game, though my win rate was struggling from back when I lost all my games I've been catching up this month with 60% on average. Also my team just disbanded.
I mostly play solo mid (80% of my games) and I can support or offlane solo too just not as well as I'd hope.
I have skype and mostly active.

I would prefer to join rather than to create.
Prefer a fluent English speaking team.
I'm not trying to make it to the big leagues or w/e. This is mainly to get better and have fun, but also to win.
I enjoy winning and I do my best to win. It's just that I usually play alone and I believe that is the reason why my WR isn't as high as I would like it to be.
We can use Skype to communicate if you want because I prefer doing so.
So just as a recap:
1. Winning is important, but having fun is just as important to me. Winning a boring game may not be fun all the time, but I try to win every game that I can. I do try hard.
2. I would like to join a team, unless someone else would like to create one. Regardless, I want to join one.
3. Not playing to join a tournament or go beyond. I just want to improve with people I can get to know so it'll be fun.
4. I'm pretty active and I'm willing to play if I'm not too busy.
Just leave a comment and I'll add you and let's have fun and win many games together.
EDIT: I play on US west/east, but west is better for me.
Also, I like to play semi-carry, hard carry, mid/ganker, and some support heroes(but very little). Basically heroes that have a big impact throughout most of the game.
