That's not a bash at all. It's a ministun. Therefore it wouldn't really a big deal but considering the fact that she would cancel TP's it would be a pain in the ass for supports.
why not go playdota.com? this is not a dev forum of dota2 they just gather information of our stats.

Her ice arrows should have a 4%/6%/8%/10% chance to freeze targets for .2/.3/.4/.5 seconds while keeping the slow duration. Even in the dota 2 trailer she shot an arrow and froze the targets.
