I have 121 games played in May 2013. 111 of them are veryhigh pool, in 10 games i accidently queued with noobs and got into high/normal pool.

and then they do not repick because they want 250 extra gold so badly because they are shitty farmers.
and i have lost sooooo many games JUST because of that.

Yes, and that makes the games more interesting. Tbh I think having a few people in your team random every game is worth it. It's not like you can't swap heroes ya know.

Seems like you never play public MM? People that random heroes they cannot play will play them anyway and suck.. they dont repick, they dont swap. They just think "I'm dota pro, I can learn how this hero works in just a few games, I will not fail", but what they do? OFC they fail.
EDIT: I have just had this WAY too often:
my team: 2-3 random retards, 1-2 of them cannot play their hero AND/OR lineup is bad.
opponent: 5 tryhard picks --> autolose no matter how good you (and probably most of your team) plays.
maybe it's because you 5 man stack all the time and 250 gold is a lot when you actually play as a team and dont fuck each other over at every point of the game
@karake: yes, YOU seem like you can play nearly all of the heroes. But most people can't, thats why I am not looking for random bobs.
how exactly r u going to dream of winning every game with 54% winrate. ive seen many ppl like u who like to 'blame' ppl. theres a reason why ur 50% and others are 60 and 70
