this site is bugged and i m really upset i paid 6 dollars for this premium account.
when i look for my mate account i can see so many differences between stats showned here and reality:
- he really played 5 games that u can see in his "latest real matches"
- so how can he has 4 win / 2 lose in in record stats
- how can his lifetime stats shows 6 games .... with a 60% win rate when he s 80% with 4 win on 5 games
he did send a mail to dotasupport but no one answer....
i hope u check oftenly ur stats to see if they re true but i really started to think that s just so bad ... i hope an admin will answer me ...
This site doesn't have accurate winrates, and ofc win/loss numbers (as winrate is not correct)
Hi, there was a temporary error that has been fixed - your friends lifetime record and hero stats should be fixed.

Bone, those 4 loses are there probably due to bugged games with early abandonment. Pretty sure it can't be fixed. Unlike you, OP had different issue. Don't take my word for it but I'm pretty sure I'm right.
