Except that Win%, just as KDA, is a crappy indicator for player skill.
You'd need to see the MMR or a similar value like the Dotabuff Rating for that, but that seems to not be in Valve's interest.
I disagree, with 1.9k/d/a on drow I think I get a good indicator of this players skill.

if you really wanna test a players skill, watch if they support their team or not, from what i know the best players dont show, but do the most unnoticable moves which you never thought took skill, for example warding, dewarding, callouts on what the enemies next move is, prediction, take all these into account and maybe even more, only then will you have a mildly accurate prediction of the player's stats.

You have a not so good game, hell, a bad game, or even a good game... but you have that completely asshole teammate. Everything they do is great or not their fault, and of course, no idea how anyone else on the team is in very high queue. Then you check their dotabuff stats, and they are crap compared to you.
Yeah, it makes me feel a bit too good knowing that 53+% win rate has me above almost every rager i find myself teamed up with in pub matches.
