The only people I've ever seen complaining about the report system are those that always deserve to be reported.
idk, i never got into LPQ ever, i got twice when i abandoned 2 games in one day, one was rage, the other was dota stuck issue, then steam stucked too, need 10 houurs to relog in -.-
but still never got into LPQ bcus of being reported, there once i had to leave the game, and everyone called that they r reporting me (my friend was watching the game), and then after 2 matches i was matched against the same gay, i mean guy, who asked my team to report me,though the game was a total fail b4 i even abandoned :D

The reporting system only works when people use it. Lets say you have a racist flaming feeder. In theory, everyone on your team reports him (that's 4 reports...). Now, maybe add on he was talking in all chat. In an ideal world, add on another 5 reports. 9 reports.
I don't know how many you need, but I can guarantee that people don't get 9 per game for being rude. People just don't care, ignore him, or play out the game anyway.
What would you have valve do? Can you propose a better solution? There really isn't one. Even League of Legends' so called "sucessful" Tribunal system is "utter garbage" in this respect. It bans a hell of a lot of people (since other players are dropping the banhammer) but you still have a shit community.
first of all they shouldnt lie to us! first thing they wrote about report system is 'all reports are manually checked' then it went to 'semi automated system' now its just a matter of time til they admit its fully automated

actually, report system is bad, but it also got something with u, just never flame, or say anything about team mates, and u will not get reported, unless u r feeding, or arguing
but this is gonna be extremely hard :D

giving farm to someone that at that times need it most

I just lost because i couldnt flame the fuck out of an enigma
he used his ulti a total of 2 times in 44 minutes. YEAAH you heard right 2 times.
And only one of them was wp (ofc he used it to save himself and resulted in a good play)
He stared the whole fucking game so we ended up losing. I created mass opportunities for him to go but he refused.
finally with 2 rax down and around min 50 he used ulti again, he caught 2 and we raped 4 of them easily (1 even had aegis)
You see what this bullshit report shit fucking trash brings and allows????
nough to say i reported him! but it wont do shit (needless to say that was a very high skill game ofc).
