It only takes into account items in people's inventory at the end of each game.

and it took those who r trolling, or having a bad game, so decided to get an army of courier and then give the enemy team 4000 gold out of just killing couriers, but maybe by mistake some r still in their inventory

I don't think I will be first to say this but why does it say that the courier has been used only 10k times? I'm pretty sure 90% of the games have courier.
