Uhh.. okay I guess I'll be more specific;
[Skill-bracket based ratings]
This page clearly shows Diamond players only, they'd have to be because they're in the OVERALL top 50.
What I'm proposing is that the top 50 be split by their tiers (silver/gold/platinum/diamond) so that you see the top 50 of eac- ..I don't know to make it more clearer.
Overall Top 50 (all tiers)
Diamond Top 50
Platinum Top 50
Gold Top 50
Silver Top 50
That's what I'm suggesting.
[Team-based ratings]
When you look at your past replays it shows the skill-bracket tier in the top-right (where your personal rating is when you look at your profile). However it just says OVERALL and not Radiant skill-tierr and Dire skill-tier. I'm suggesting that it's changed so it shows team ratings and not 10-player average.
Does that make sense?

Its like your asking not only for the top 1.-50. players but also for the 49.950-50.000 players and 249.950-250.000 players and so on. That wont even represent anything because all of those other 50 players beside the top 50 will mostlikely be at the exact border to the next rating or very close to it. Just senseless ; )

I know this probably isn't the best time to be throwing a suggestion out there considering DB's situation but I figure throwing this idea out there can't hurt.
[Bracket Based Top 50]
Simple, instead of just showing the OVERALL top 50 players allow the setting to split the top 50 into Gold/Silver/Platinum/Diamond brackets, so a top 50 for each.
[Team Based Ratings]
When viewing your personal replays the overall bracket-rating should be split (dire/radiant) so that players could see a team's rating and not just 10-player average. It be nice to see just how good a team was when you win/lose. Just the team rating, we don't need to see individual ratings.
Good luck with the Valve thing, I'm sure they'll swing around. It doesn't feel like something valve would do to a third-party.
