The hero healing is a statistic reported to us by Valve API, it doesn't breakdown what's in it and what's not. You'd have to ask them what's included in it.

General DiscussionDoes DOTABUFF count hero healing caused by the healing ward?
Some players have the hero healing record like 0 HP - healing ward. I often use Juggernaut but I cant heal more than 6000 HP (my current healing record with Necrolyte). Maybe Dotabuff simply doesnt count it as a heal cause it looks like improved HP-regen... Please answer, thx!!
