^ Yes it does.
I saw that 2:45 game live. It was about Radiant's Raxes down and Gyro+Sniper defending with Rapiers. The funny thing was that PL was a non factor, because he could create Illusion-army in the lack of enemy creeps :)
Lina got bored and left so 5 + Mega Creeps > 4 in the end.
