As far as we know, winning. Your stats at the end of a game might or not be related to it, but the one thing you can tell for sure is that winning will make your rating go up.
As far as I know If you queue with 4 or 5-man stack you'll only be matched against 5-man or 4man+1 teams. At least thats what happened with all my recent (2-month) 5-man e 4-man games.
You can still play against 5 solo players if you queue as 5... At least I get games like that quite often (while soloing).
Weird ... really weird. Did you post your games in the MM Feedback Topic in the dev.dota2.com ? They use it to make some testing, and they watch how things are going.
But just one thing, maybe you get in the game as the +1 with 4-friends ... against 5-man. It may be it.
2 times I checked and we had a duo and 3 solos, one time we were all soloing, the rest I didn't even ask, or maybe didn't even notice it was a full team if it wasn't obvious... And I didn't report it, as I don't mind really.

when i press watch and choose skill level normal i find my games so my lvl is normal
how to get to next lvl ... i mean it depends on what exactly ?
