Looking at your account, you have under -300 match count. Any account under 300/500 match will get shadow-pooled. The only way to resolve this by playing with party queue until your match count get a lot higher. My other account have around 300-350 match till it get normal queue time.
The new created account will have it is own pool with accounts that have the same match count. That's why u queue took long time.

why did i get this when i just back to play this acount.. i was losing on my 1st game and my 2nd game not even a stomp tho
