I played on a friends account for a week, since I cant play with him on this one.
at some point I started to get 150 mmr every win.
So yes there is a bonus system.
as i got so many answers in reddit, it coz ban for a very long time ( smurf ban )
some guy mentioned that he won 13 in a row with all higher than avg performance according to the dota plus hero bar, he got 6 months ban
its max is 140. yeah you can be banned if you smurf below legend. happened to me before i bought a crusader acc to boost and thats what happen.
