^^ Yeah thats exactly it, blade mail is like the new veil of discord for int heroes, it gives 38 damage(veil did give magic damage though), 6 armor and like 200 mana, all that for just 2000 G.
As grimm said the active is nice, but its just a bonus, the stats for the price is what makes it really good.
One of the best item as performance to buck. I did consider in one point to buy 2 of those. If u are playing support it might be bad because u need some utility more than damage
Prophet always goes blademail first item rn it’s core on him. Also very good on qop, void spirit, ember spirit. Good on heroes with some burst when playing against glass cannons, basically even if the blademail itself doesn’t kill them, they still can’t attack it cuz that extra damage will put them into burst range. Let’s u man up.
i feel like blade mail is good on heroes if you are out of the game. cheap item which makes you deal alot of dmg if u have fallen off
thing is with blade mail is that once u use it someone else will get focused in a tf, but it can be very effective playing verusus heroes lika viper where u can pull it off after he chooses to use his nukes and u can use it reactively
Hello John I'm gonna share with you my super poggi np support build. Buy 3 circlet tango then buy mantles and queue up nulls. After it reaches 7 minute go jungle till 6 and queue up blademail. Later buy vlads into hood/ac/solar/mask of madness . And yes this is a bootless manly build.
Theres too much game play stuff so I'll skip that.
either make enemy glass cannon burst faster or make your own glass cannon burst people even faster lul
Ok, that explains intel heroes going blade mail... But why does Ember Spirit get blade mail sometimes
