All spells except passives (glaives/cleave etc) - pure - magical - physical have their damage increased by spell amplification.
Healing is only amplified by healing amplification.
I can be wrong, but if you have holy locket, the damage wont be proportion anymore (healing is more stronger)
Lets say dazzle is at lvl25 with holy locket and a total spell amp of 10%. The 'real' amount of shadow weave before reduction is:
Healing: 113.2/141.5/169.8/198.1
Damage: 88/110/132/154
Bottomline is, holy locket will buff your heal but not the damage.

@PiketteClaireyan Not 100% true. Brain Sap works such that the amount of damage dealt is equivalent to the heal amount, meaning a 20% spell amp will increase the heal amount another 20%. That begs the question of that skill even more than Shadow Wave of how it works with Locket, but I'll just assume that the damage Brain Sap does will be amped by another 35% in terms of heal for that interaction.
I think that unless specifically mentioned though, this is how the heals otherwise work for all other skills where the damage portion is amped seperately from the healing component (I.E. Shadow Word, Shadow Wave, etc).

I was wondering if anyone has done any experimentation to determine how things like spell amplification and healing amplification work with Shadow Wave. I have honestly not had a chance to try yet, but I was always under the impression that the damage and heal were directly linked to be identical. However, if you have say 10% spell amp given your stats with items, and then 35% healing amp via Holy Locket, does the the heal and damage get increased independently of one another (Ie. the damage portion only increase by spell amp and healing only by heal amp)?
I know that this same question could be answered by comparing to Necrophos' Death Pulse, but Death Pulse has always had seperate healing and damage values. Sorry if this question is super obvious, I'm just curious.
