It is easy u just measure how big is the hard-on after the game.
It is really hard to see own mistakes right after the game so another pair of eyes is always welcome
When you WIN a game, you should not just search for your mistakes,
you should check, what you did right and try to recreate these things.
Like: "Oh, laning went bad but I recovered good by splitpushing and not fighting." or
"The enemy had no regen left in minute 5 and then we killed him, when he was lowlife. How can I recreate these scenario?"
When you know, what went good, you can see more easily, what could have went better.
GL on your grind.

Well, sometimes you join a game after watching some guides or have something already " prepared" in your mind. The point is that you may actually " know what to do " in order to have success in ur lane but in general lower bracket players just forget about some " advice" they pick up from here or w/e. and jump into the 2k train doin retarded stuff. Since ur not stressed while spectating ur own game i will suggest you to check how many of the " good things" did u actually applied into the game, u will notice mistakes and small things u could have done better since ur mind is clean and u see it from another perspective. Seeing those mistakes will eventually make u learn from them while keepin the good things happen.
Step 1 : Analyse your right moves in the game.
Step 2: Try to figure out why your non right moves are bad and work on them
Step 3: Try to think why the right moves couldnt have been made earlier or faster . Like ur waiting for an item to gank or you pulled the lane too late like at 4 mins instead of 2 mins. Myabe you didnt pull at 2 as you thought you had less regen or something like that . work on it. I can try help you for a single free replay and over steam , add me.

It’s really easy to point out mistakes in a loss. I recently started watching some demos of my losses(taking blue stars’ advice on how to get better, analyzing demos of self, of others, of pros. Road to divine is real)
But how do you approach watching demos of your won games? How do you step back and say, “yeah, I could’ve done this better.” Could’ve ended faster, farmed more efficiently, made better decisions, etc. Do you really need someone else, like a higher MMR coach? Or even someone of the same rank, just to provide a different insight?
