Ignite before 7.20 should give you as much farm with a Veil. Now the AOE is gone and Fire Blast has a longer cooldown in late game.

by the time ogre finishes dagon 5. enemy carry already have bkb.

yeah since that midas multicast change ogre pickers are just afk farming until dagon 5..no impact at all from what ive seen in my pubs.,
