Suicide the courier with Move command on structures, the courier icon remains the same but he is moving to death
Pick Chen or Enchantress and feed creeps to the enemy and dominate the enemy ranged so your team has less farm
Furion is also good to feed creeps
Suicide bear with lone druid to give the enemy a huge advantage early
Pick big ulti heroes and hold their ulti or just mess it up
Earthshaker is good at trolling too, you can use Fissure to make a friend die but only once in a while, you have to look bad, not like a troll. Use it only in key moments during the game, you can do the same with Void and Naga
You can also buy wards and break them, or give them to the enemy but it's quite hard to do without being spotted

I decided to use abandon, I realized the only thing I need to do is to play as good as possible until some point and then decide if the abandon is necessary and simply disconnect if it is. If I am losing my problem is solved anyway and if we are winning I might even just give me the minus 25 and give the rest of the team the win(assuming they don't lose).
The only thing I need to care about is that we don't stomp to hard for us to win to early.
@Bonde: the advices are literally for the solution I wanted to avoid. The point is not to gamedestroy, the point is for me not to win.

Now the question is, if I abandoned and we win in less than 5 minutes from the point I abandoned, would it count as a win or a loss?
If it counted as a win I could simply just leave after we take the first racks and/or push for throne.

The only ultimate way to lose mmr is riki with tranquil boots. Just roam the map acting like a ward. No one will notice you're doing absolutely nothing. Get as low exp as u can. Then try to fight with almost 0 items making sure you wont kill anyone.

Before the medal update, I remember using an account my real life friend gave me to que party with my other real life friends due to the 2k mmr party limit, and it had 650 solo mmr.
Whenever I got bored I'd just que solo and see if I could drop to 1 solommr.
One of the very few ways I noticed to actually achieve the cancer you want, was to just pick alch and afk farm the entire game. I went blink bfury and just stacked moonshards and farmed as much as possible while staying 0/0/0.
In the mid game or so, id just walk in and pretend to accidentally dc so they could kill me
In the game I did this, it gave them about 30k networth swing in 4 deaths.

Get really farmed and then keep going too deep into enemy jungle where your team can’t respond and make it seem like you’re over extending. Flame your team for not helping you. Die like about 3 times in a row and the enemy team shd be really farmed after that because of comeback mechanics.
