I want to play in 1280x720 borderless window just like before without this issue but cant seem to find a fix. Only windowed mode works well and exclusive fullscreen works as of now without the issue

the game is minimizing itself when i clicked on the top left and right of the screen. im playing at 1280x720 (60hz) resolution since i installed this game (6 months ago maybe) and i dont have this problem but since yesterday this happened and even if i changed the resolutions and fullscreen the game it still happens. I even tried other PC from my nearby computer cafe's and the same problem exists. The only way that i've seen to work is to play in a windowed mode but i dont want to play windowed because my screen is square and it just eats the reolution of my monitor. I've also seen that since I updated the game yesterday (because I took a break for 6 days and from the days before thos 6 days everything is normal) the top left and right edge of the windows are curved like its a windowed mode but it is not. It is really annoying especially ingame. Please help here :(
